Our OB/GYN clinic has a WHNP who does Lactation Consultation and Education services with patients. Most of these patients are established to the practice. During her training she was told she could charge an office visit and attach modifier 33 and get reimbursed. However all claims thus far have been denied. What codes are you using? Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
