Good morning!

Not sure what to do with this one. My physician spoke with a new patient over the phone to discuss bariatric surgery; however, did not physically see him in the office back in 12/08. This was not charged. He recently saw him to rediscuss surgery and did a full physical/history/mdm.

My question is this......would this now be considered a NP or established???
