We have a woundcare clinic at an outpatient facility who utilizes two doctors and two NP's. We bill everything under a group NPI and address. Does the rendering have to reflect who actually saw the patient (NP or doc), or can it all just be billed under the group physician name? I am talking about box 24J. Thank you!!
