It is correct for her to use the Gen.Multi-System Exam for every sick visit and use the Single Organ-System when she will do a Gyn visit? Because we have one case wherein the PCP saw first an Established Medicare patient for sick dx.and on that same day the NPP saw her with a dyspareunia dx.and did a breast and pelvic exam (7 elements),can I code like this:
99213-25 with dyspareunia
