Would this be considered NSCL cancer (C34.12), large cell Neuroendocrine (C7A.090) or other malignant neuroendocrine (C7A.8) The physician's dictation states Large Cell Neuroendocrine but he is using the lung code of C34.12. I'm waiting for a response from him but thought that I'd post the question. Thanks!
