could anyone advise if the NST professional component 59025-26 requires a written report? I have always required one to bill professional component, but I am unable to find anything that states mod 26 requires a written "interp & report:

When coding/billing the professional part of the NST, it is my understanding that a written report must be completed and signed by the provider.
