I was just wondering your opinion if a BPP is performed right after an NST because the NST was non reactive would I bill the 76818 or 76819? It was done by the same physician on the same day and same location but done consecutively back to back but just not right at the same time?

As the requirements for 76818 were met and it is the same provider, same date of service and same location I would bill 76818.
