Good Morning,
Here is the scenario. Patient was in patient hospital 07/17 Our physician rounded on the patient and did a Nuc read 78452-26, The next day 07/18 the physician did a right and left heart cath 93460. Cigna is stating these are bundled per CMS, I'm not finding anywhere that these are bundled. unless i'm missing something... Please help!
