if our NP orders the stress test, do I put the 78452-tc, a9502,j2785 under her? and the 93016,93017 under the supervising physician? the tests are read by a physician we have credentialed to read but doesn't see patients, so I bill the 78452-26,93018 under him. I know this seems convoluted but our cardiologist needs help keeping up with reading tests performed so we credentialed another physician to do that for us in some circumstances and I don't know who to put the technical portion under; the ordering, or the cardiologist that is her supervisor? the cardiologist is the one who owns the practice and is the one who is supervising the nuclears being performed, but since he doesn't read all the tests I have to split bill them and with his NP ordering some of the tests, i'm just all kinds of confused.
