I was wondering on Nuclear Stress Test we are wondering if you can bill 78451 and 78452 at the same time? If so, does it need a mod 59 on the 78451? Would this be considered as unbundling? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
 
Hello, unfortunately the 2 codes cannot be billed together. They are considered unbundled and a modifier is not allowed.
