Hello!! What would you do in this scenario-
A patient was scheduled for a two-day nuc study. He had the first nuc on 12/30 and then came in on 12/31, but had caffeine so was rescheduled to 1/3/2025. The problem is that the patient had Humana 12/30 and 1/3/25, he has Cigna.
Do you split the bill to each payer (78451-26 both days) or bill all to one?
