Hi, Needs some thoughts on how you would code Number & complexity of problems for a newborn with contact & exposure to HIV (Z20.6). The patient is being seen in the office for a follow up appointment and the provider is keeping the infant on AZT (prevent and treat HIV/AIDS). The patient's labs are negative for HIV. I'm always questions if it's a self limited problem or an acute uncomplicated illness. Both do not seems to fit.

Greatly appreciate some input. :)
