Wiki number of elements

I would like to get other opinions on the number of elements documented in this HPI.

Pt is a 34 yo female that presents to ED with c/o back pain. She states started x 3 days ago. She states she "was popping my back too much". Her roommate is not rained to do this, but she lets her do it.

I would say two, maybe three? location (back), timing (3 days ago), and maybe context? (popping her back?). I would say at the most 3.
