Can I get other's opinions on number of elements present in this HPI?

Patient ambulatory to triage c/o vomiting, diarrhea, not eating for three days, sweating, freezing, hot flashes for 3 days.

Thanks for any help.

Can you tell me what YOU think first? I'm happy to help you understand, but I'm seeing many of these kinds of questions lately - we've had situations in the past where students are basically asking us to do their homework.

Not saying that is what YOU are doing ... but it would help me help you if you tell me first what you think.
