Can I bill under the NP in a citical care setting if the NP is employed by the MD's group? "If so what are the regulations?
 
You need to check with your NP state licensing board and make sure that this is covered in the scope of his/her license. Also Check with the hospital compliance/malpractice people. That's where I would start.
