Medicare has denied claims we submitted under our nurse practitioner for PTNS treatment using CPT 64999, unlisted Neurological procedure. The CPT 64999 was the code that was recommended by Medicare and also by Society of Urology.

Has anyone had any success getting this code reimburse my Medicare? escpecially under the nurse practitioner?
