We are a rural health clinic and our first nurse practitioner has started seeing patients. One of the patients that was seen received a Celestone injection to the hip as well as the office visit. The office visit was done by the nurse practitioner, but the injection was done by one of our physicians.

My question is: Do I need to submit 2 different claims-one for the office visit by the practitioner and another for the injection by the physican?
