When I read the BlueCross BlueShield of TN guidelines for Nurse Practitioner billing, it sounds like they probably follow closely what the CMS guidelines are for NPs. So far I've not been able to find info for other commercial carriers. Can anyone confirm if BCBST follows CMS guidelines for Nurse Practitioner? Thanks,
