Our practice has hired two nurse practitioners. I can't find updated information on the guidelines for billing these. I know Medicare has incident to. My doctor asked if the NP can sign off on the progress notes? Can NP see Amennorhea pt's? Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Nurse Practioners in OB setting

We have 2 nurse practioners in our office that see both OB and GYN patients. Our high risk patients only see the MDs. We have not had any issues billing for the ARNP services except for Federal BCBS. Still trying to find out what the issue is there.
