Wiki Nurse visit during 90 day global-radiation therapy

If patient comes in during 90 day global from radiation therapy. The day the patient came in, they were SIMed for more treatments, separate site. The site WAS mentioned in previous visits. Should the nurse charge the nurse fee for the 90 day global visit?
