Hello:

Is anyone billing a nurse visit (99211) when their patients return to the office 3 weeks later for the vein de-clot?

Our patients typically come back greater than 10 days for the vein de-clot, which is now outside the 10 global period of the sclerotherapy code 36470/36471.

Thanks for any thoughts!
