Wiki Nurse Visit for Self Administered injection

We have a patient that is not comfortable self-injecting Trulicity. She comes to the office weekly for the injection. If full vitals are taken can 99211 be billed for this visit?

you can bill that code or we bill 96372 with J3490 (unless the medication has a "J" code) at 0.00 cost and we will put the NDC code in as well. So far, we have not had any that has rejected paying. We have been doing this will all insurances for a couple of years. The patient brings the medication in.

Even though the Trulicity is a pen that's filled already we can still bill the 96372
