Can anyone give me any information on how to code for the scenario below...
Patient seen by nurse, given oral Clonidine, IV access placed, 40 min later blood drawn, then again at 2hrs and at 3hrs. Clonidine suppression test.

Do we just bill nurse visit or can the nurse bill for IV placement or is the IV placement included in drawing the blood.
I am new to this area of specialty and found a lot of info but not for this particular situation.
Any help is appreciated.
