I'm just wondering how you all handle your Depo Provera injections, do you bill nurse visits when the patients come in and the nurse takes vitals answers questions, etc. Thank you so much!

You cannot bill a visit level- even 99211- for a scheduled service such as an injection. You can bill the administration code and the J code for the drug.
