If a patient comes in solely for and injection and it is given by a nurse, what is the appropirate way to bill?

99211 J1070
J1070 or 96372 or ????

Thanks,
Terry

Terry, based solely on your statement above, you would not bill the nurse visit, only the injection (96372) and the J code. Here is one link from a prior forum thread that might be helpful. I'm sure others will address your question as well. There are many threads and posts relating to your topic and utilizing the search function is highly recommended.
