Hello,

I am wondering who on here has the ED nuses actually document the C.C. time for a patient?
I am working on the facility side and we are having issues determining C.C. time just based on nurse documentation. We are trying to see if we can get them to make a special notation on the patients chart.

If they dont how do you constitute the start and stop times.
