Can you tell me how to code a Nursing Home admit H&P being done today in the office? Would this be a standard E and M 99211-99215 based on the problem indicating admission, an Initial Nursing Facility code 99304-99306 or Domiciliary/Rest Home New visit like 99326? ICorrect me if I'm wrong but deffinetly not the 99326. Thank you.
