Does anyone know where I could find written guidelines for SNF billing requirements? Specifically, for admission dates? My office is trying to tell me that they don't need to have those documented, and I just know that's not the case, but I don't have anything in writing to show them.

It depends what you are billing for. If your provider is a specialist who was called into the SNF to evaluate a problem, the admission date is not required.
