Do any of you have a method of billing out to NY Medicaid, the charges for the Radioisotopes and Stress agents, Technetium, Regadenoson, Dobutamine, Adenosine etc, that pays on the first clean claim. Our current method is to submit the claim electronically to have the procedures paid and then resubmit for the drugs with invoice and report. The problem is that Medicaid is only paying 1 in 10 of these. They seem to conveniently lose a great many of these paper claims. Please help if you can. Feel free to e-mail me directly.
