Nystagmus Test with E&M

CPT code 92542 we use for the nystagmus test done in our out patient facility, can this also be billed with an E&M? Any input would be great thanks.

Jessica, who is performing the nystagmus test? An MD or TECH or AuD?

You may also want post this in the Otolaryngolgy section as this test is typically performed by an audiologist

Positional nystagmus test, minimum of 4 positions, with recording. (Do not report 92542 in conjunction with 92540 or the set of 92541, 92544, and 92545)

They are not inclusive per CCI if that is any help

What does the " with recording" refer to in the code description? Video recording of the procedure, recording results from the procedure, or what?
