Can anything advise on how you would code this? I found something stating limited CT.

- RAD OARM

HISTORY: Spondylosis, postlaminectomy syndrome, stenosis.

TECHNIQUE: Intraoperative CT provided

COMPARISON: None available

IMPRESSION:
Intraoperative CT of the lumbar spine provided for surgery.
Fluoroscopy time is 4.41 seconds. Please see operative report for
further details.

I do not see a billable service. The radiologist just deferred to the operative report. It sounds more like a 'tech support' study than a diagnostic study.
