If a patient is coded o09.511 & z34.01, but the patient isn't 35 or older. Can o09.511 just be removed and use the z34.01 only or does the office still need to be contacted?

Will the patient be 35 or older at the time of delivery? If so, then o09.511 should be coded, if not I would query the physician.
