What are the differences between these 2 code categories?
 
One is other specified. The other is Unspecified.

The answer is in the I10 guidelines I.A.9.a-b

Other (O26.89) means there isn't a specific code that exists for the condition

Unspecified (O26.9) means the information in the medical record is insufficient to assign a code.
