I have a question on O69.9xx0 which is Labor and delivery complicated by cord complication, unspecified. A doctors office gave this as a code for a patient who is 10 weeks and is having a prenatal test. The way I read it tells me that she had the baby and that in labor and delivery and it was complicated by cord complications. Am I reading this correctly?
