We saw a patient 7 times for a threatened ab before a viable pregnancy was confirmed. She actually lost twin A but twin B is now viable. Is there any way to get paid for those extra visits? I'd appreciate any advice.
 
Yes, if the documentatio supports it, bill them with office visit codes and an appropriate dx. We do the same for high risk pregnancy if they exceed their 14 visits.
