Good afternoon! I hope everyone is a having a joyous ICD-10-CM implementation! :)

I have a question regarding category code O76. In ICD-9-CM for fetal heart rate abnormality we used 659.73. In ICD-10-CM this maps to 076, Abnormality in fetal heart rate and rhythm complicating labor and delivery. I am questioning using this since this states labor and delivery and the patient is still pregnant. I have checked and there is no coding clinic on this code yet. What would be the code to use?
