HI. I am working on a quiz question in my ICD 9 course and I need help. The question is: Premature delivery, frank breech presentation, single female liveborn. 3 Codes for mothers record. The codes I am coming up with are; 652.21, 644.21, v27.0 but I also have a 660 code. I could really use some help with this! Im not to sure how to break down the dx. Thank you sooo much!!
 
660.01 - as the malpresentation of the fetus was causing obstruction. 652.21 should follow this code.
