Hi everyone!

Looking for clarification to bill labor/delivery cases with the ICD-10 code set. This is a anesthesia group that we are billing for. Is using O80 enough or does the Z37.0 need to also go on the claim? I am leaning toward using Z37.0 per the guidelines. Thanks!!
 
With all the training I have had for ICD 10 from my previous employer, yes the Z37.0 needs to coded along with the O80 for the delivery.
