What is the appropriate coding for this scenario?

Pt presents for yearly visit and in the HPI the physician reports "pt here for menopause management, breast & pelvic exam, and pap smear" The physical basically does a complete physical exam to include all of the above.

Would it be correct to bill G0101, Q0091 and then Carve out an E/M for the rest of the physical for menopausal management?
