I'm getting denials on 59820 for global package. The patient may have had two visits prior to missed AB. Does anyone know away to code these so they will not get denied for global?

You may need to resubmit the visits before the surgery and add a modifier. We bill the e/m with the 57 mod if surgery is that day or the next. If we don’t the d&c is always denied.
