I've just started coding OB/GYN clinic and need help.
What is the correct way to code CDP, CBE, Cervical Cancer Screenings, Breast Screenings, ICD-9 codes and CPT Codes?
Annual screenings?
Or if anyone can direct me to web with info?

I would purchsase the Frequently Asked Questions manual by ACOG. It has everything you need in there for CPT and some of ICD-9. V72.31 is your most common Preventive Screening code, But check this section for other cods. You may have to use some V6x.xx codes as well.
