Please help. I have a patient that had a yearly physical performed by her PCP without breast exam or pap smear. Two days later she went to her GYN and he performed a yearly W/ pap smear and breast exam. How should I handle this?

Depending on her insurance you bill it as the V72.31 with the preventive code or the Q0091 and the G0101. The depending on her coverage for well woman and the timeing she is covered or it is patient responsibility.
