Hello All, am rather new in OB/Gyn: When do we use the Z3A.xx, number of weeks of gestation. Is it in all Pregnancy visit exams, first initial only or on all visits/ per patient? How about complication exam during 1st trimester do we need this Z3A.14? I really appreciate all answers. Thank you...
