Does anyone bill the supply codes A4550 and 99070 codes together or is this a duplicate billing?

Also does anyone bill the 58100 code with the A4550 code? Thanks for the help.
 
HCPC A4550 surgical tray & CPT 99070 supplies. It will be rare if you find any carrier that will pay for either one of these codes.
