I am looking for direction in billing OB visits when servicing provider is not delivering. Example: patient is seen at 11 antepartum visits, same provider, provider does not deliver, patient comes back for postpartum care, what are the procedure codes for this OB patient. I have been billing Ob for 7 years and have just started receiving payment retractions from various carriers. Any info would be helpful. thanks.
 
59425 & 59426 are the codes for antepartum care only when 4+ visits are provided. 59430 is the code for pp care only. If pt was seen for 1-3 visits, then you bill out a regular E&M code for each DOS. Is that what you needed?
