Wiki Ob Patient and midwife

Good morning AAPC fellow friends. I need some help. I am by means no expert in OB however, I have a Dr. that I work with that has a questions. The doctor seen a patient for 4 visits for OB then the patient went back to the midwife they were seeing prior. How would they bill for the 4 visits or is it even billable at all. Thanks in advance for your help!

Same practice, or different practice? If the same practice, you'd have to wait until delivery and bill the global code anyway. If a different practice, you can bill 59425, antepartum care, 4-6 visits.
