Wiki ob patient seen after a fall

On occasion we will see ob patients who have just fallen, possibly landing on their stomach and concerned about the baby. We do an NST, no contractions, no bleeding, no problems found. Does anyone have any suggestions for the dx code for this? Our latest patient slipped and fell, no abdominal trauma, no contractions, no bleeding. Not really sure how to code this one??
