Wiki OB Physical

I'm in a Family Practice that does OB care. We schedule an initial OB visit, an OB physical, and then the OB follow-up visits. I've read here how to bill for the initial OB visit (to confirm pregnacy), but what about the OB physical? Would this be billed as a well woman exam?

I would not do that as the ins would say it is part of the pregnancy.
