Could someone help please! I am an OBGYN coder and I have two different scenario.

1. An ob patient comes into the ER for vaginal bleeding @ 37 weeks on 10/01/20. The patient is sent to L&D patient has baby on 10/01/2020 on the same day? Can I bill both delivery and 99282 visit?

2. An ob patient comes into the ER for vaginal bleeding @ 37 weeks on 10/2/20. The patient is sent to L&D patient has baby on 10/5/2020 three days later. Can I bill both delivery and 99282 ER visit?
