Any suggestions on this situation would be greatly appreciated since I am not sure on how to code it.

Pt has a total of 10 visits for her pregnancy then her insurance changes she is seen one more time before she delivers. How would this be coded? I know that to the previous insurance it would be 59426 but what about the one visit and delivery?
